We process your invited email, test profile, authentication/security events, invitation status, document-access events and exact test acceptance versions to run and protect this requested internal rehearsal. Use fictional profile and agreement content; your mailbox and technical connection details remain real. We rely on our legitimate interests in testing and securing the service for these limited purposes, with restricted access and no inferred marketing permission. The development service uses Frappe Cloud; the current server is in Zurich, Switzerland. Frappe states that offsite backups and support access involve India. Its account-specific DPA, transfer safeguards and backup retention are awaiting confirmation; this notice does not claim that those checks are complete. Verification/account emails use Google Workspace through Gmail SMTP. Google processing may be international under its applicable data-processing arrangements. Cloudflare Turnstile receives technical browser/connection signals to protect the service and acts separately as controller when improving detection. Test evidence remains restricted for review and controlled cleanup. We have not yet verified all deletion and backup-rotation controls, so no instant or fixed-date erasure is promised.
